Deploy a new version of the OMS Application
In this section we will replace the oms application war with a new war and restart tomcat, following by restarting viper to analyze the new war file binary (static analysis)
Login to the Linux VM as you did in the Setup Environment.
Run a script on the Linux machine:
cd ~ ./replace-oms.sh
